Refund or Store Credit If We Can’t Get You Scheduled In 7 days

Thank you for choosing us as your partner in caring for your beloved pet. We take our obligation to you and your furry friend seriously and want you to be happy with our services.

Our refund policy is simple. If we can’t get your walk, daycare, or service scheduled within 7 days of your purchase we will refund your payment method in full or offer you store credit for a future service. It’s your choice for reimbursement method.

Refund requests will be processed promptly. On average it takes 2 to 3 business days for your refund to reach your account. Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method.

Store credit requests are processed promptly and your credit is available for use immediately upon processing.

Cancellations

Things come up. We know that. If you can give us 12 hours notice of cancellation or schedule change before your service we will happily accommodate your change at no extra charge. Less than 12 hours notice but greater than 4 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. Less than 4 hours notice is a non-refundable full service charge.
